I'm so thankful to my cousin because he showed me her wife's blog and I got inspired and that time I made my own blog. Now I can release my stress into blogging. My Husband loves Cha han or fried rice in English.He likes to eat this with miso soup.He always request this fried rice for his breakfast.Im so happy because my husband really appreciate my cooking.

I got this recipe to my friend who works in Italian Restaurant somewhere in Makati.When she served this dish to us. I really like the taste so I asked her how to cook this vongole sauce.According to her it is good to serve on summer days.In her vongole recipe she used Tomatoes but in my version I omitted tomatoes because for me it looks and taste good without tomatoes hehehe...I bought canned baby clams but live clams are far better but it really takes time to remove the sand inside clam.I always finds something easy so I can save my time hehehe...

Yesterday,When I went to grocery I saw a chili sauce (Cook Do Ebi chili sauce).Im so glad! Now, I dont need to go Bamiyan (Chinnese Restaurant here!)if I want to eat Ebi chili I can make my own.It is delicious,easy instructions,and cheap.

I've learned this recipe to my late grandmother.One of her best recipe ever!but until now,I cant get the exact taste.I'm not yet contented because the taste of her mechado still remains in my tongue hehehe...I really follow the recipe she gave me before but still something is missing???I forgot to ask whats her secret.It is my second time to cooked this dish.I hope one of this day I can make the same Mechado she cooked to us before.In fairness, my husband love this dish of mine but for sure if I will cook the same as my nanay's(my late grand mother)mechado He will gonna love it more.
