Kimchi is a reddish fermented cabbage(radish also)dish.It is made of garlic,salt,vinegar,chili peppers and other spices.It is loaded with Vitamins A,B and C.The biggest benefit you can get from kimchi is "Healthy Bacteria" called Lactobacilli,found in fermented foods,drinks like yogurt,Yakult.This good bacteria helps your digestion and it helps to stop and prevent Yeast Infection and It may prevent the growth of Cancer according to a recent study.
