I made that pasta on the same day,,,I crave for carbonara and my husband wants meat sauce spaghetti so I decided to made two types...Well,its my first time to cook carbonara as you can see in the picture my bacon is toasted hehehe...Next time I will make it sure that my carbonara will look good...

Sinigang- is the famous sour soup of the Philippines.There are many variety of Sinigang.My favorite is Sinigang Shrimp/Prawns.The common variety of sinigang is usually prepared with Tamarind,It provides sourness.
Here's my version of sinigang:(good for two)
5 cups water
1 big tomato sliced
1 big Onion quartered
2 eggplant sliced
1 cup Radish sliced
Okra
1/2 kg. uncooked Tiger shrimp (I used)
procedure:
.In a saucepan bring water,tomatoes and onions.Boil,simmer.
.Pour in sinigang sampalok(tamarind)mix.Increase the heat and bring to boil
.Add radish,eggplant and Okra cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
.Add shrimp,turn off heat cover to steam cook.Serve hot!
*you may include string beans,green pepper,spinach or kangkong.
*I used powdered soup base for sinigang in place of natural fruits (tamarind)I cant find tamarind here.

My Husband taught me how to made this dish.It is very easy to prepare and not expensive.Every time I cook this dish I use chicken sometimes, I add broccoli but my husband doesn't like broccoli so I omit it.It is good to serve this dish while its hot.I really love this dish,one of my favorite Japanese cuisine.

My little angel turns 4 months old last February 17. Im so proud and Happy because she is developing normally. She weigh 6030g ang her height is 59.6cm .Some people says she is Tiny for me,its ok as long as she is healthy.She can reach out and grab an object now.Once she wraps her hands around something,she will study it for a moment and then she will try to put it in her mouth.Her dad always tries to stop her but I told him that it is normal for Miho (our daughter).I do encourage my baby to explore and play with a variety of objects.Her dad always buy toys for her.He is so excited to see our baby playing.Im so happy everytime I hear her shouts,giggles and her baby talk(she sounds like donald duck hehehe...)She is able to play alone now thats why I can start doing something for myself now (like blogging)...till here for now,I always praying for her good health...

I never fails to buy this products PH care feminine wash.Here in Japan I can't find Feminine wash.Papaya soap I cant find here also hehehe...I always have a stock if my skin is itchy that's the remedy.Growers my favorite nuts I like salty and spicy nuts...

I took this picture last Sunday.My first time here in Tokyo to saw snow fall covered the streets.Last year there is no snow here in Tokyo.Actually, I dont like this season I can't do many things especially I have my baby,we can't enjoy outside Im worried she might get sick.I cant go to market so, my husband do it for me...Many things I can't do.Im looking forward that this season will end soon...

So very cold today!!! Im very hungry I crave for sweets today.I can't go outside coz its snowing again, but not so heavy unlike the other day. What I can do is to check what's inside our refrigerator and kitchen cabinet.Lucky me! I still have macaroni shell and strawberry. What I did is I just sliced strawberry into halves and put condensed milk and Nestle cream Presto!!! I can eat sweets without going outside.After that I made Mac Cheese too.For sure after eating sweets I will look for salty food.No wonder why I gain again hehehe...

I made this potato salad in Japanese style it is very simple but really taste good.I usually make my own style but I get tired of it coz it has many ingredients.So, I try a new one...I made just a few for myself I thought my husband doesnt like it.When he saw it,He asked for a few he just say its yummy! I dont think he is serious.I planned to eat that for midnight snack but, when I came back after I took shower its all done...He just said "Oishii katta!!!next time make more ha!" Im so happy coz he really loves my cooking though Ill get hungry in the midnight.Next time, I will make more than two servings hehehe....
